INTERFORST 2014 unites industry and science under a single roof being the leading international trade fair for forestry and forest technology.

Since the first event in 1970, INTERFORST is a symbol of innovations in the field of forest technology. Once again progress and growth will be the central keywords at the 12th edition of the fair.

At INTERFORST 2010, 413 exhibitors from 24 countries occupied 68,405 m² gross exhibition space. 49,952 visitors from 80 countries came to the trade fair. During the times of globalization a clear trend towards a more international mix is apparent also in the forestry sector, substantiated by the fact that the number of exhibitors and visitors from abroad has increased compared to 2006.
